Tracy Reese, a graduate of Parsons School of Design launched her first collection in 1996. She introduced her second line "Plenty" in 1998. She received excellent reviews for these collections and continued to gain the support of the fashion community. She became a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America in 2000. In 2006 Tracy opened her first boutique in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. The success of her brand has led her to expand to include; belts, handbags, home, and candles. Her designs have become a favorite of First Lady Michelle Obama, and celebrities such as Beyonce, Katy Perry, and Tina Fey.

For MBFW S2014 Tracy Reese brought the flavor of the Caribbean to the runway this season with a collection inspired by the culture of Cuba. She kicked of her vibrantly colorful show with the pulsating beats of a three piece Cuban complete with Conga drums. The runway was ablaze with bold colors and tropical prints. The models sported nice touches like straw hats. The collection included some excellently embroidered pieces. The colors are vibrant, the patterns are alive, it give's the feel of dressing for a tropical holiday. Intricately patterned whites, and form fitting form flattering slacks provide for every fun occasion, The collection truly captures the flavors, romance, and energy of Caribbean culture.
