By :- R. Anthony Morrison

Before a b.micahel show there is always a sense of excitement and electricity in the air. The Pavilion Space at Lincoln Center filled up rather quickly as guest streamed in. Among the VIP guests were ; Andre Leon Talley, Tamara Tunie, Susane Taylor, George Faison, and Nona Hendryx. There was no doubt that this was a show very few people intended to miss. The show opened with a brief video of the designers team preparing for the runway show. Elegant gowns and playful dresses graced the runway. Vibrant lavenders and delicate orange tones radiated luxury and style. Floral patterns that brought the energy of spring could also be seen in the jackets sported by the male models. The men sported pops of spring  color in shirts and pants that were perfect for those light summer functions where you still want to take it up a notch into dressy. Closing the show was a beautiful navy and off white gown. The designer and model took the final walk to vigorous applause. The collection was a true celebration of the attention to detail and workmanship that signifies the b. micahel brand.
