Boxing Superstar Zab Judah Launches the 2nd Annual Celebrity Boxing Championship 

Six-time World Boxing Champion Zab Judah will bring his Celebrity Boxing Championship to the Virgin Islands on Saturday, Oct 23, 2021. This new boxing championship exhibition league will include social media influencers, sports figures, entertainers, actors, and street fighters competing in exhibition matches. New fights will be presented on PPV with FITE every 90 days. 

“There’s so much unnecessary gun violence, especially in Hip Hop. As a six-time World Boxing Champion, I want the youth to know that you can put the guns down and lace up the gloves. I started this league to give rivals in sports & entertainment the opportunity to settle their differences in the ring.”

The televised event will feature high-octane match-ups carefully chosen to create an electric atmosphere for spectators and viewers. The Main Event at the debut will be a highly anticipated matchup between Black Ink Crew: Chicago’s Van Johnson and Fitness Influencer Gorilla Season. We will have special invited guest Blue Kimble (P-Valley, Tyler Perry’s Ruthless), Don Brumfield (CCB Heavy Weight Champion, Black Ink Crew Chicago), Travis Cure (Tyler Perry’s Oval), Kitty (Black Ink Crew Chicago), Bianca Bonnie (CCB Women’s Champion, LHHNY), NFL Pro-Bowler Adam “Pacman” Jones, and many more…

Caribbean POSH has to shout out our guy Julius ‘the Chef’ Jackson representing the U.S. Virgin Islands. The son of the three-time world champion Julian Jackson who held titles in two weight classes, the WBA super welterweight title from 1987 to 1990, and the WBC middleweight title twice between 1990 and 1995. Julius who has followed his father’s footsteps is a 2008 Olympian and has held the WBC USNBC Title and the WBA Fedebol Title.

Fighters in the celebrity match use 12oz. gloves and will be ranked based on their performance by celebrity judges. The fights will be commentated by Reality Star/ Grammy Nominated Rapper Young Joc, Former Boxing World Champion Charles Hatley, and the Caribbean King of comedy Majah Hype.
