Her story began as a young girl captivated by the charisma of Montel Williams on her grandmother’s TV. That early spark evolved into purpose when a classmate at age 12 told her she had a great voice. She believed him—because she felt it, too. From that moment, a vision was born. Even while pursuing a Business degree, her passion pulled her toward the mic—hanging out with Communications majors, hosting basketball games, and becoming a radio personality at WUVI. 

But like many dreamers, she found herself caught in a cycle of planning, perfecting, and waiting for the “right” moment. It wasn’t until 2021 that she had her breakthrough. “Perfection was holding me back,” Naydyeyah shares. “I had to stop overthinking and just do.” That mindset shift transformed her long-held passion into a powerful business that now brings light and life to countless Caribbean events. 

What sets Emcee Nay Entertainment apart is the energy. “I light up when I see others light up. And when they don’t, I’m not leaving the stage until they do.” That electric commitment, paired with her deep love for the craft, fuels her even on the toughest days. Juggling motherhood, a full-time job, and her business hasn’t been easy—but the mission keeps her moving forward. 

For Naydyeyah, her brand is more than a service—it’s a movement. One that shines a spotlight on the beauty and brilliance of Caribbean culture. Through interviews with local artists, engaging social media content, and her soon-to-launch YouTube channel, she’s creating spaces where Caribbean stories are honored and elevated. 

She’s not walking this path alone. With her sisters—Sativa Williams, a master makeup artist and owner of The Dressing Room, and Emanah Acoy-Thomas, a master hairstylist and owner of Twin City Styles Salon—they form “The Dream Team.” Together, they offer full-scale event transformations that blend beauty, passion, and professionalism, creating unforgettable experiences that reflect the heart of the Caribbean. 

Her work has already garnered recognition, including being honored as a Woman in the Spotlight by Senator Donna Frett-Gregory for International Women’s Day. With over 70 hosted events across the Virgin Islands and beyond, Naydyeyah continues to make her mark as a Caribbean woman building a brand that matters.
