Patrick Herning and Kathryn Retzer launched 11 Honoré in August. Since then 11 Honoré has become recognized for their efforts to bring high end, and luxury fashion to the plus sized customer. 11 Honoré is an online retailer offering a high end luxury fashion for the plus sized customer. The site prides itself on offering clothing with the same quality and attention to fit as those customers who buy designer fashion typically available to women with dress sizes smaller than size 10.
11 Honoré presented its first show during NYFW on February 6th. The show featured a line-up of plus size models from sizes 12-20. Featured designers in the show included Cushine, Christian Siriano, Prabal Gurung, and Zac Posen. Among the models walking the runway for 11 Honoré were; Candice Huffine, and Solange Van Doorn. Closing the show for the night was, Laverne Cox wearing Zac Posen.
