“Project Runway” made a triumphant return for its 19th season. The hit Bravo show features 16 budding designers from around the world, each eager to prove they have what it takes to showcase their collection at New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and be the next big name in fashion. Naturally, we’ve got our eyes on Haitian designer Prajjé O. Jean Baptiste.

Since joining the new series cast of Project Runway, Prajjé has been making waves. For the most recent challenge — streetwear, being true to himself proved him victorious. The meaning in Prajje’s Haitian art definitely spoke to the judges delivering moving expression. The Haitian-inspired outfit paired baggy trousers with an amazing yellow jacket, hand-painted with an image of Erzulie Dantòr, the Haitian goddess of motherhood.
