There are moments in Caribbean music that feel less like releases and more like alignments. “At We Feet,” the powerful new collaboration between Protoje and Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, is one of those moments.
Produced by Winta James and accompanied by a striking official video directed by SAMO, the single marks the first-ever collaboration between the two Jamaican artists — a meeting of generations, philosophies, and deeply rooted purpose. The track arrives as the third offering from Protoje’s forthcoming album, The Art of Acceptance, due Spring 2026 via In.Digg.Nation Collective/Ineffable Records, following “Big 45” and “Feel It.”
Built around the grounding affirmation, “Whatever we need Jah put a we feet,” the song unfolds as a modern roots-reggae meditation on faith, simplicity, and spiritual alignment. It’s a reminder that abundance doesn’t always announce itself loudly — sometimes it lives quietly beneath us.
“At We Feet is about faith, surrender, and trust knowing that when you move with love and positivity, provision comes, even in hard times,” Protoje shares. “It’s a reminder that beyond our plans, there’s a greater design unfolding.”
A native of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, Protoje has long championed rural consciousness, self-sufficiency, and connection to the land — themes that breathe through this record. In the wake of Hurricane Melissa, which recently impacted his hometown, “At We Feet” carries even deeper resonance, reflecting resilience, gratitude, and spiritual clarity.
The single sets the emotional foundation for The Art of Acceptance, Protoje’s seventh studio album and the follow-up to his Grammy-nominated Third Time’s The Charm. He continues to evolve as one of reggae’s most intentional voices — offering music rooted in truth, balance, and life-affirming purpose.
In support of the album, Protoje will embark on a Spring 2026 international tour across Europe and the United States, including appearances at New Orleans Jazzfest and Austin Reggae Festival, along with solo shows and a special Houston stop with Stephen Marley.
Here at Caribbean POSH, this collaboration feels like more than a musical milestone — it feels like a cultural moment. “At We Feet” is a reminder of where Caribbean music comes from and where it continues to lead.
Grounded. Conscious. Enduring.
