In a world that often underestimates the strength of Caribbean women, Kemone Francis is boldly rewriting the script. Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, this powerhouse is the visionary behind Redefinition and Reposition—a transformative brand rooted in purpose, healing, and empowerment. Far more than a business, it’s a movement that is shifting mindsets and inspiring a generation of women and youth to rise.
With a mission to help others discover their worth and walk boldly in their purpose, Kemone’s work is redefining what success truly looks like—from the inside out.
Her journey is as remarkable as her message.
“I grew up in poverty, weighed down by peer pressure and rejection. I was even stripped of positions in the church and told I shouldn’t testify because I was engaged to someone considered ‘unsaved.’ I struggled mentally, physically, and emotionally,” Kemone shares. “But with the help of God, I prevailed.”
And out of that pain, she birthed a platform designed to heal others. Redefinition and Reposition exists to uproot lies, confront negative thoughts, and lift women and youth out of their lowest places—guiding them from the valley to the mountaintop.
More Than a Brand—A Divine Assignment
For Kemone, entrepreneurship is deeply personal. It’s not just about building a brand—it’s about building lives. What she loves most? The impact.
“Hearing how my work has changed someone’s life—that’s the greatest reward.”
Her mission is bold: to turn shame into success, rejection into resilience, and self-doubt into unstoppable confidence. And she’s doing just that—through conferences, coaching, and powerful written works that have earned her recognition across the globe.
Her books have been awarded in categories such as Top Women’s Empowerment and Best Ministry Resource, and her voice has been heard on platforms in England, Canada, the U.S., Barbados, and her home island of Jamaica. Beyond business, she also serves as a Justice of the Peace, a role that solidifies her leadership across both civic and spiritual spheres.
Excellence in Action
Fueled by faith and guided by a deep love for people, Kemone brings discipline, passion, and excellence into every aspect of her brand. She believes that excellence isn’t optional—it’s a way of life. And success? It’s always worth celebrating.
“I celebrate mine by helping others rise,” she says. “Even in the valley, there is purpose.”
Building her brand wasn’t without challenges. Like many Caribbean women stepping into new territory, she had to push through doubt, battle procrastination, and make room for what had never been done before. But the results speak for themselves.
She was recently nominated for the Woman of Resilience Award by Queens Mindset in Barbados—a testament to her enduring strength and commitment to lifting others.
A Future Built on Sisterhood
When Kemone looks ahead, she envisions a powerful future for Caribbean women in business—one marked by unity, collaboration, and mutual celebration.
“There’s room for all of us at the table,” she affirms.
She actively aligns with purpose-driven women’s groups across the region and uses social media to connect, collaborate, and amplify fellow entrepreneurs. For Kemone, growth is not a solo journey—it’s a collective elevation.
One testimonial from her Redeemed Woman Ladies Conference captures the very soul of her work:
“My soul needed that conference. I was at a suicidal stage—tired, lonely, and defeated. You reminded me that my situation wasn’t final. That God remembers me.”
These are the stories that fuel her mission. These are the lives being transformed.
